This page explains how to request deletion of your account and its associated data for
Mobile App Builder, published by Atrox. It covers the
Mobile App Builder Android application (package name
io.atrox.mobileappbuilder) and the Mobile App Builder web platform at
mobile-app-builder.atrox.io.
Which account is this? The Android app itself has no sign-in and does not create an account — it only scans a QR code to connect to a store you already control, and that data stays on your device. Accounts exist on the Mobile App Builder web platform, where you build your apps. The request below deletes that account and everything stored with it.
Takes about a minute. No sign-in required to send the request.
Sending from the address registered to the account is how we confirm the request is genuinely yours.
In the message, include the email address of the account you want deleted. If you signed up with Google, use that same Google address.
We reply to confirm, and tell you the exact date your data will be permanently erased.
During those 30 days the request can still be undone — see below. After that it cannot be reversed and we cannot recover anything.
For 30 days after you request deletion, simply sign in to your account again. Signing in automatically cancels the request and fully restores your account and content — there is nothing else to do and no need to email us.
While a deletion is pending, existing sessions stop being renewed, so the account stops working on any device you are still signed in on within 24 hours. Signing in again restores access.
Once the 30 days have elapsed, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
When the 30-day period ends, the following are erased permanently from our systems:
| Data | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| Account details Your name and email address |
Deleted | After 30 days |
| Sign-in credentials Password hash and any linked Google sign-in |
Deleted | After 30 days |
| Apps you built App names, settings, theme and feature configuration |
Deleted | After 30 days |
| App content Screens, layout blocks, products, variants, collections and navigation |
Deleted | After 30 days |
| Uploaded media Images and video you uploaded, including the stored files themselves |
Deleted | After 30 days |
| Preview sessions Tokens linking the Android app to a store |
Deleted | After 30 days (they expire within 24 hours regardless) |
Nothing is kept. Once the 30-day period ends, your account, apps, content and uploaded media are erased, and we retain no copy of them — we hold no backup or archive of deleted accounts. We do not sell personal data, we run no advertising or tracking, and we do not retain IP addresses or user-agent strings.
In the rare case that we are legally required to preserve specific records — for example in response to a valid legal order — we will retain only what the law requires, for only as long as it requires, and will tell you if we are permitted to.
The Android app stores the details of any store you connect in the operating system's private, app-scoped storage on your own device. We never receive it. You can remove it yourself at any time, without contacting us, by disconnecting the store in the app or by uninstalling the app. Deleting your web account does not automatically clear this local data from a device you still have installed.
If you have any question about deletion, or you do not receive our confirmation within 5 business days, contact us:
