Terms

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Atrox - Mobile App Builder, the Shopify app that turns your store into a native mobile app. Installing Atrox - Mobile App Builder on your Shopify store means you accept them. They are written to be read, so if something here is unclear, write to [email protected] before you install rather than after.

Who you are contracting with

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is operated by ATROX TECHNOLOGY, Unit 519, JMD Megapolis, Badshahpur Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ATROX TECHNOLOGY, and "you" means the business that installs Atrox - Mobile App Builder on a Shopify store.

You need to be a business operating a Shopify store, and the person accepting these terms needs authority to bind that business. Atrox - Mobile App Builder is not sold to consumers.

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc. Your relationship with Shopify is governed by your agreement with Shopify, not by this one.

What the service is

Atrox - Mobile App Builder gives you a visual builder for designing a mobile storefront, a device preview for testing it, and, on a paid plan, the ability to build and publish a native iOS and Android app that reads from your Shopify store in real time.

What the service is not: it is not a replacement for your Shopify store, and it does not process payments. Checkout runs inside Shopify, so your payment providers, taxes, discounts, and fraud analysis are unchanged and are not something we operate.

We run one instance of the service for all merchants. Features arrive, change, and occasionally get removed. We describe what a plan includes at the time you subscribe, and the pricing section of our site is the current source of truth for what each plan contains.

Plans, trials, and billing

Billing runs entirely through Shopify Managed Pricing. You approve the charge in your Shopify admin, Shopify collects it on your Shopify invoice, and we never see or hold your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes that Shopify applies.

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is free to install and free to build with. Publishing an app to the app stores starts at 99 USD a month.

Both paid plans start with a 7 day free trial. The trial is granted by Shopify per plan, so switching from one paid plan to another can grant a second trial. That is how Shopify works rather than something we offer deliberately, and we do not treat it as a right.

Billing is monthly and charges are not prorated by us: Shopify handles any proration on a plan change according to its own rules. We do not give refunds for a period that has already been charged. The 7 day trial exists so you can decide before paying, and you can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin to stop the next charge.

Apple and Google charge their own developer fees, currently 99 USD a year for Apple and 25 USD once for Google. You pay those directly to Apple and Google. They are not included in any Atrox - Mobile App Builder plan and we never collect them.

Cancellation, downgrade, and uninstall

Cancelling a paid plan and uninstalling Atrox - Mobile App Builder are two different events with very different consequences, so the table below sets both out.

Cancelling moves you to the free plan. The builder stays open, your designs are kept, and nothing is deleted. Your published app keeps serving shoppers for a 7 day grace period, after which it shows an unavailable screen until you subscribe again. Sync and push stop immediately at cancellation, not at the end of the grace period.

Uninstalling Atrox - Mobile App Builder from your Shopify admin deletes your data. This is deliberate, because an uninstall is also a privacy instruction, and our privacy policy commits to acting on it. Read the signing key row below carefully before you uninstall.

Publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play

You publish under your own Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts. You create them, you pay for them, you keep them in good standing, and you own the resulting listings. On the Growth plan we submit on your behalf using access you grant us, but the accounts and the listings remain yours throughout.

Apple and Google set their own rules and make their own decisions. We do not control whether your app is approved, how long a review takes, whether an app is later removed, or whether a policy change forces a rebuild. We will help you respond to a rejection, and a rejection is not a failure of Atrox - Mobile App Builder, so it is not grounds for a refund.

You are responsible for anything your app needs in order to comply with those rules, including its content, its age rating, the accuracy of your listing, your own privacy policy for shoppers, and any license or permission you need for what you sell. If Apple or Google requires a disclosure about your app, making it is your responsibility.

If your developer account lapses, is suspended, or is closed, your app stops being available, and there is nothing we can do from our side to restore it.

Your responsibilities

You keep control of your account and your store, and a few obligations follow from that.

  • Keep your Atrox - Mobile App Builder and Shopify credentials secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access
  • Make sure you have the right to use every image, name, font, and piece of text you upload or publish through Atrox - Mobile App Builder
  • Give shoppers your own privacy policy and terms, because you are the one selling to them and you control their data in the app you publish
  • Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, tax, and data protection law
  • Do not use Atrox - Mobile App Builder to publish an app for a store you do not operate
  • Keep your billing with Shopify current, since an unpaid charge suspends paid features

Acceptable use

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is a general purpose tool and we do not police what you sell. There are limits.

You may not use Atrox - Mobile App Builder to build or publish an app that distributes illegal content, that infringes another party's intellectual property, that impersonates another business, that deceives shoppers about what they are buying, or that sends notifications a shopper has not consented to receive. You may not resell Atrox - Mobile App Builder as your own product, attempt to extract our source code, probe our systems without written permission, or work around plan limits by technical means.

We do not read your store data for any purpose other than running the service, and we do not review your app content routinely. When something is reported to us, or when a payment provider, Apple, Google, or Shopify tells us of a problem, we look.

What you own

You own your store content, your brand, your product data, your customer relationships, and the app listing published in your developer accounts. Nothing here transfers any of that to us.

You grant us a license to host, copy, adapt, and display that content, limited to what running the service requires: building your app, serving its screens to shoppers, generating previews, and producing app binaries. The license lasts as long as your data is on our systems and ends when the data is deleted. It is not exclusive, we do not sublicense it except to the subprocessors named in our privacy policy, and we do not use your content to market Atrox - Mobile App Builder unless you tell us in writing that we can.

What we own, and your signing key

We own Atrox - Mobile App Builder: the builder, the backend, the mobile app source, the block and theme templates, and everything we have written to make them work. Designing an app with our templates does not transfer ownership of the templates, and it does not give you the right to redistribute them outside the app you publish through us.

Android apps have to be signed with a key, and the same key must sign every future update. We generate that key for you and hold it encrypted, so the key is yours and we hold it on your behalf.

This has a hard consequence you need to know before you act: the key is deleted when you uninstall Atrox - Mobile App Builder, and once it is gone, no one can publish an update to your Android app, including you. Request a copy at [email protected] before you uninstall, and we will provide it within 5 business days. You can request a copy at any time while you are still installed, for any reason, and we recommend keeping one in your own password manager from the day you first publish.

Availability and support

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is provided as it is, with no guaranteed uptime. We do not offer a service level agreement or service credits, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We run maintenance when we need to, and we try to schedule anything disruptive outside peak retail hours.

The published apps read live from our servers, which means an outage on our side affects shoppers in your app. We monitor for that and treat it as the highest priority class of problem.

Support runs by email at [email protected] on every plan, including the free one, and the Growth plan adds an in app support inbox. We aim to reply within one business day. That is a target we work to, not a contractual commitment.

Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan or uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. No notice period and no exit fee.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts our systems or other merchants at risk, if we are required to by law or by Shopify, Apple, or Google, or if a charge goes unpaid. Except where the breach is serious or urgent, we give you 14 days notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

We can also discontinue Atrox - Mobile App Builder as a product. If we do, we will give you at least 90 days notice by email, stop charging you at once, and help you export your designs and take custody of your signing key so your published app remains yours to maintain.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Atrox - Mobile App Builder is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that using Atrox - Mobile App Builder will increase your sales, that your app will be approved by Apple or Google, or that the service will meet a requirement we have not agreed to in writing.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and specifically not for lost profits, lost sales, lost data where you had the ability to keep your own copy, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you, across all claims, is capped at the amount of Atrox - Mobile App Builder subscription fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Apple and Google developer fees are paid to Apple and Google, not to us, so they do not count toward that cap.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that the law does not permit us to limit.

Data protection

Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how deletion works. It forms part of these terms.

The short version of the split: we are the controller of data about you and your store, and we are your processor for data about the shoppers who use the app you publish, which means we handle shopper data on your instructions and for no other purpose. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect shopper data and for giving shoppers your own privacy notice. When Shopify sends us a shopper deletion or data request, we act on it within 30 days.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We update Atrox - Mobile App Builder continuously, and most changes add or improve something. When a change removes a feature your plan includes, or raises a price, we email the address on your Atrox - Mobile App Builder account at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. For a change that materially affects your rights, we email you at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use Atrox - Mobile App Builder after that date means the new version applies to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a right you hold under the mandatory law of the country your business operates in.

Before either of us starts a formal claim, we both agree to raise the problem in writing to the other and spend 30 days genuinely trying to settle it. Write to [email protected] and mark it as a formal notice.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the plan you subscribed to, are the entire agreement between us about Atrox - Mobile App Builder.
